Remote Support for macOS Devices

Remote Support for managed macOS Devices in Applivery — connect to a Mac through TeamViewer without leaving the Dashboard.

Remote Support lets you connect to a managed Mac straight from the Applivery Dashboard — to see what the person in front of it sees, walk them through something, or fix it yourself while nobody is there.

On macOS, Remote Support runs on TeamViewer. You enable it once in a Policy, Applivery silently installs the TeamViewer Host app and the profiles it needs on every Mac that Policy applies to, and from then on you start sessions from the Device's Action menu. There is no TeamViewer setup on the Device itself, and nothing for the person using it to install.

Yes. Unattended sessions connect without anyone accepting on the Device, as long as Screen & Audio Recording has already been granted for TeamViewer Host.

Both use TeamViewer and start sessions the same way, but macOS also needs its own profiles and the Screen & Audio Recording permission. Each platform is documented separately.

No. macOS uses the TeamViewer integration, while Android uses the Applivery Remote Support App. Each one is documented separately.
