> Remote Support for managed macOS Devices in Applivery — connect to a Mac through TeamViewer without leaving the Dashboard.

**Key topics:** macOS Remote Support, TeamViewer integration, Remote sessions, Applivery, macOS, TeamViewer

---

**TL;DR:** Enable TeamViewer Remote in a macOS Policy and connect to any Mac in that Policy from its Action menu — no TeamViewer setup on the Device itself.

Remote Support lets you connect to a managed Mac straight from the Applivery Dashboard — to see what the person in front of it sees, walk them through something, or fix it yourself while nobody is there.

On macOS, Remote Support runs on **TeamViewer**. You enable it once in a Policy, Applivery silently installs the TeamViewer Host app and the profiles it needs on every Mac that Policy applies to, and from then on you start sessions from the Device's **Action** menu. There is no TeamViewer setup on the Device itself, and nothing for the person using it to install.
