Plans, Seats and Billing

How Applivery Intelligence is licensed — the four tiers, how seats are bought and assigned, how usage allowances and shared credits work, and who pays for background automation.

Applivery Intelligence is licensed per person. The Applivery organization Owner buys a quantity of seats at a tier and assigns them to named people. Nobody else buys anything, and nobody subscribes individually.

Note

Generally Available — and actively evolving. Applivery Intelligence is generally available and supported. It is also an AI product under continuous research and improvement: capabilities, allowances and pricing may change between releases. What follows describes how the system works today.

Seats, not subscriptions

Three rules govern seats, and all three are deliberate:

  1. You cannot assign more seats than you bought. The check happens inside the assignment itself, so two Owners acting at the same moment cannot both take the last seat.

  2. Unassigning frees a seat immediately, and is not refunded. The seat stays paid until the end of the period, so it can be handed to someone else the same day.

  3. You cannot reduce the quantity below what is assigned. Unassign people first, then lower the number.

Everything a seat produces — conversations, dashboards, workflows, monitors — belongs to the Workspace, not to the person. When somebody leaves, their work stays.

The tiers

Free Pro Max Ultra
Price €29 /seat/mo €99 /seat/mo €199 /seat/mo
Chat
Insights (dashboards & alerts)
Automation Workflows
AI Workflow Builder
Cowork proactive monitoring
Usage per period A limited taster Baseline capacity 5× Pro capacity 10× Pro capacity
Funds shared automation credits 30,000 /mo 100,000 /mo

Prices are quoted excluding VAT, which Stripe adds from the organization's billing address. Billing is monthly and recurring.

Max and Ultra have the same features. The difference between them is headroom, not capability — Ultra exists for people who run out of Max.

Tip

Every tier can drive the same models. Tiers differ by which surfaces you can reach and how much you can use them, never by giving one customer a smarter assistant than another.

How usage is measured

Each seat carries a usage allowance for the billing period, expressed in credits. Everything the assistant does on your behalf — reading Devices, reasoning about them, drawing a chart — consumes some of it.

  • It refills in full on the reset date, and does not roll over. Unused capacity is not banked.

  • There is no hourly or daily cap. The only limit is the one for the whole period.

  • Background work never touches it. Scheduled workflows and Cowork monitors spend from the shared pool described below.

Your current consumption, the reset date and the breakdown by surface are on Plan & billing > Usage.

What happens when you run out

  1. Your plan allowance is spent first.

  2. Then the Workspace's purchased usage credits, if there are any and if your seat is allowed to draw on them.

  3. If neither is available, chat pauses until the reset date. Nothing is deleted and nothing is lost — it resumes on its own.

Shared usage

Two separate shared balances exist, and they solve different problems.

Shared usage credits (bought)

The Owner can buy prepaid credit packs into a balance that belongs to the whole Workspace. A seat draws on it only after its own allowance runs out.

Each assignment carries an Extra credits cap — how much of that shared balance that person may spend once their own allowance is gone:

Value Effect
Empty No cap
A number That many credits, then they stop
0 They never draw on the shared balance at all

The cap exists so one heavy user cannot spend the Workspace's balance in an afternoon. It never limits their own plan allowance, which is always theirs in full.

Auto-reload can buy another pack automatically when the balance drops below a threshold, with a monthly ceiling of its own. It pauses itself after repeated failed charges rather than retrying forever.

Shared automation credits (derived)

This one is not bought — it is derived from the seats. Each Max seat contributes 30,000 credits a month and each Ultra 100,000. Free and Pro contribute nothing.

Scheduled workflows, Cowork monitors and batch jobs spend from this pool instead of from anybody's personal allowance. The reason is concrete: a monitor running at 03:00 must not be able to leave someone with no chat in the morning — and it must not die when the person who created it leaves the company.

Warning

A Workspace with no Max or Ultra seat funds no automation pool. Scheduled workflows and Cowork monitors have nothing to draw on and will not run.

Who can buy

Only the Applivery organization Owner. The role is resolved live from the Applivery directory each time the page is opened — not from a cached membership record and not from your login session. Promote somebody to Owner in Applivery and the controls appear for them; demote them and the controls disappear.

Everyone else sees their own plan, their own usage and their own credit cap, and nothing else.

Buying and changing quantity

On Plan & billing > Seats & billing:

  1. Choose the Tier.

  2. Enter the total number of seats the Workspace should end up with — not the number to add.

  3. Confirm.

The organization's saved card is charged immediately, prorated for the remainder of the current period. If there is no saved card, or the bank asks for strong authentication, you are sent to Stripe to complete the payment once; after that, purchases confirm in place.

Before charging, the confirmation panel shows exactly who is billed, which card is used, and whether VAT will be added.

Where the billing details come from

The legal name, tax ID, invoice email, billing address and card all come from your Applivery organization. Intelligence reads them; it does not own them.

To change any of them, go to the Applivery dashboard > Workspace > Billing. Changes appear in Intelligence on the next load.

Seat charges appear on the organization's normal Applivery invoice. The Credit purchases ledger inside Intelligence lists prepaid credit packs only.

Warning

If the card on file has expired, renewals fail. A failed payment does not cut you off the same hour — the seat stays live through the payment retry window — but it will lapse if it is not fixed.

Paying through your Applivery contract

Entitlements can be granted outside Stripe for contract customers. Talk to your Applivery contact if you would rather not pay by card.

Only the Applivery organization Owner. The role is read live from the Applivery directory each time the page opens, so it always matches who is Owner right now.

Yes. A seat is a licence, not a meter. What varies with use is the allowance it consumes.

Yes. Buy some Max seats and some Pro seats and assign each person the one they need. Someone who only asks questions does not need Cowork.

Headroom, not capability. They unlock the same surfaces — Ultra exists for people who run out of Max.

No. It refills in full on the reset date and unused capacity is not banked. There is no hourly or daily cap, only the one for the period.

Your plan allowance goes first, then the Workspace's purchased credits if your seat is allowed to draw on them. If neither is available, chat pauses until the reset date — nothing is deleted.

No. Background work spends from a separate shared automation pool funded by Max and Ultra seats, so an overnight job cannot leave you without chat in the morning.

Nothing. Dashboards, workflows and monitors belong to the Workspace, not to the person, so they keep running.
