Finding something in a fleet normally means opening a list, filtering it, and reading it. Applivery Intelligence replaces that with a question:

Which Macs have not checked in for 30 days?

Show me every Device that is missing disk encryption, grouped by Policy.

Lock the laptop David lost yesterday.

It answers from live Applivery data — the same API the dashboard uses, never a cached copy — renders the result as an interactive table, chart, map or Device card, and asks you to confirm before it changes anything.

Generally Available — and actively evolving. Applivery Intelligence is generally available and supported. It is also an AI product under continuous research and improvement: answers are generated, capabilities change between releases, and mistakes are possible. Read what it produces before acting on it.

Getting in

Applivery Intelligence is licensed per person, by seat. The Applivery organization Owner buys seats and assigns them; anyone with a seat opens Intelligence from the ✨ button in the Applivery dashboard top bar.

There is nothing to install, no API key to generate and no second login — it reuses your active Applivery session and starts on the Workspace you are already looking at.

Warning

Intelligence acts as you. Your Applivery role is the ceiling: if you cannot wipe a Device in the Applivery dashboard, you cannot wipe it by asking Intelligence either.

Bringing your own assistant

If you would rather work from Claude, ChatGPT or your own tooling, Applivery MCP exposes the same fleet through the Model Context Protocol. Same capabilities, same permissions, different assistant.

Turn on Applivery Intelligence for your organization — buy and assign seats, open it from the Applivery dashboard, and ask your first question about your fleet.

No. It acts as you, with your Applivery role as the ceiling. If the dashboard would refuse you, so will Intelligence.

Chat for questions and actions, Insights for live dashboards and alerts, Workflows for visual automations, and Cowork for agents that examine the fleet on their own.

Chat is on every tier, including Free. Insights, Workflows and Cowork require a Max or Ultra seat.

Intelligence is the assistant Applivery built for you, inside the dashboard. Applivery MCP is a connector that brings the same fleet into Claude, ChatGPT or your own tooling.
